Obituaries:

Mary Ann Smith passed away on May 25,
2007. Mary Ann is survived by Roy her loving husband of
forty-two years whom she met and married in Alaska. She is
preceded in
death by her son, Gary Smith. She is
survived by her daughter, Morna Challoner; grandchildren, Wade,
Austin, Alyson, Lindsay; and one great grandchild Mason. Mary
Ann was
active in the Albuquerque Civic Light
Opera and the Albuquerque Little Theater. She was owner and
operator of Cimarron Talent Agency. Ms. Smith was also active in
her church
Our Lady of Perpetual Help. During the
time of Roy's assignment to Sandia Base, she was active in the
Officers Wives Club. Ms. Smith was born in New York City and
later moved
to California where she obtained her Master's
degree in music and education. Roy and Mary Ann arrived in
Albuquerque in 1968. Visitation will be held at Our Lady of
Perpetual
Help on Monday, May 28, 2007 from 4:00
p.m. to time of the Parastas at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will
be Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual
Help.
Burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
